Additionally, Fred serves as the Broker of Record and VP for OneRent, a Silicon Valley startup that is changing the face of real estate management.
He serves or served on the Boards of the UpFront Mortgage Brokers Association (former President) along with Hidden City Philadelphia and Culture Works and helps out with the Super Storm Sandy victims at Stop FEMA Now.
Fred has been a Board Member of the Morris Animal Refuge, the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS and NAR‘s Conventional and Government Finance Committees along with Freddie Mac‘s LP advisor committee and NAIHP.
Fred is the recipient of a grant from the prestigious Weiss Tech House at the Engineering school at the University of Pennsylvania for his co-development of the J-Shield.
And for Hockey Fans, Fred for many years had been an All-Star ice hockey goaltender with the Wharton Wildmen at the University of Pennsylvania. Fred continues to play ice hockey even though it hurts.
