Pros and Cons

<div class=”utterz-entry utterli-entry”><div class=”utterz-text utterli-text”>Did you ever go to a website that rates items where people list Pros and Cons of say a particular cell phone?<br /> <br /><br /> <br />I like that kind of rating system where people who has seen or used a product point out what they like and don’t like so you can tell if you want to use the product or not.<br /> <br /><br /> <br />The same applies for real estate listings and listing agents most of the time don’t do it.<br /> <br /><br /> <br />As an agent or a buyer, how many times have you gone to a home that once you open the door you find the place was not as promised in the glowing listing information blurb.<br /> <br /><br /> <br />We’ve all seen the prefabbed listing information of "Quaint, lovely, updated home, ready for your clients to move in to" when in fact your draw drops when you see the furnace is removed, the steps have only a 6′ clearance, the rooms are too small for your cat, the place smells like Pig Pen has lived there and the house backs up to a railroad yard!<br /> <br /><br /> <br />Solutions?
